CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The company BEVIN Liberté organizes competitions on the various platforms: Rausgegangen Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The following also applies to competitions via the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages: The competition has no connection with Facebook or Instagram and TikTok and is not sponsored, supported or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram and TikTok.

For participation in BEVIN Liberté competitions, these terms and conditions of participation and competition rules for individual competitions apply, which determine the process and period of the competition, the prizes, and the determination and announcement of the winners. Non-cash prizes cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. By participating in the competition, participants accept the terms and conditions of participation and the competition rules.
Participation in BEVIN Liberté competitions is free of charge and is not tied to the purchase of goods or services from BEVIN Liberté.
The winners of competitions on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok will be notified by BEVIN Liberté via the messaging function within 12 hours at the latest. In the case of the Advent calendar raffle, the winner will be notified no later than one week after the door has been published. For all other competitions, the winners will usually receive a notification seven days after the raffle.
All persons aged 18 and over residing in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Children or young people are only permitted to participate if their legal guardians agree to their participation in the competition before they take part; in the event of a win, the prize will be paid to the legal guardian. Employees of BEVIN Liberté and relatives of relevant employees are excluded from participation. Each participant may only take part in a single competition once.
A violation of the conditions of participation, including the rules for the competition in question, entitles BEVIN Liberté to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if a participant provides false information when registering for the competition or attempts to manipulate the course of the game or the conditions for receiving a prize (e.g. by manipulating software). If the excluded participant is a winner, the prize can be revoked retroactively. The right to the prize also expires if the prize cannot be sent within six weeks of the first notification of the prize for reasons attributable to the winner; in this case, a replacement winner will be determined. Participants undertake not to share any illegal content.
BEVIN Liberté reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time, even without observing deadlines, in whole or in part, or to change its course if it is not possible to ensure proper conduct of the competition for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons. BEVIN Liberté collects, processes and uses the personal data provided by the participants when participating in the competition (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, username) to conduct the competition, in particular for the purpose of notifying the winners.
BEVIN Liberté reserves the right to pass on the winner's data to third parties if this is necessary for the delivery and redemption of the prize. The participants agree to the use of their data for this purpose.
